Carter’s wanted an immediate Data Scientist with some Analytics Expertise onshore as one of their internal resource was leaving. They wanted an expert with dashboarding and integrating the dashboards with their ML environment. Carter’s wanted this support from their existing partner, whose team is already working on the same project by adding an Onshore Data Scientist expert resource on a contract basis and delivering the project. This project required a resource to work as per the customer's time zone and a cost-effective solution to deliver this project.
